VEAL CHOPS WITH SAGE AND LEMON

Serves 4

Veal Chops w/ Sage and Lemon
Ingredients
4 veal loin chops
all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
¼ cup milk
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1 tbsp chopped fresh sage or 1 teaspoon dried
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, crushed
Lemon wedges

Directions

 
1. Curl up veal chops and secure with toothpicks.
   
 
2. Brush each veal chop with egg and milk mixture.
   
 
3. Coat each veal chop evenly with bread crumb and sage mixture.
   
 
4. In a skillet heat butter, oil and garlic over medium heat. Add chops in a single layer and cook until golden brown on each side, serve with lemon wedges.
