Ingredients
1 pound lean ground beef
1 ¼ cups soft bread crumbs
½ cup tomato paste
2 teaspoons dried oregano, crushed
8 cups chicken broth
2 onions, chopped
2 potatoes, chopped
2 carrots, chopped
2/3 cup macaroni
15oz can kidney beans, drained
1 ¼ cups fresh shelled peas or frozen peas

Combine ground beef, bread crumbs, tomato paste and oregano
in a bowl, shape mixture into bite-sized meatballs. |

Cook meatballs in a skillet until turning to brown evenly. |

In a saucepan combine broth, onions, potatoes and carrots. Bring
to a boil; reduce heat. Add macaroni. Cover; simmer 10 minutes. |

Add meatballs, kidney beans and peas. Let it simmer about 5
minutes. |
