Ingredients
Crust
1 package active dry yeast
2 teaspoons sugar
1 cup warm water
3 ¼ cups all-purpose flour

Topping
¾ cup tomato sauce
4oz sliced Italian salami, cut into strips
¼ cup chopped fresh basil
4oz small mushrooms, sliced
1 onion, sliced into thin wedges
½ green bell pepper, sliced
12 pitted ripe olives, halved
6 canned anchovy fillets, drained
1 ¼ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions

For crust, in a bowl combine yeast and sugar in warm water,
let stand till yeast dissolves. |

In another bowl stir together flour and salt. Add yeast mixture
and combined well, knead for 10 minutes until smooth and elastic. |

| 3.
Using a rolling pin, roll dough to a 12-inch circle. |

| 4.
Spread tomato sauce evenly over dough. |

Sprinkle topping; salami, basil, mushrooms, onion, bell pepper,
olives, and anchovies and cheeses. |

Bake, uncovered, in a 375 oven for 30 minutes or till crust
is crispy. |
